On 13 May 2019, the Company issued 95,161,440 new fully-paid ordinary shares (Shares), pursuant to shareholder approval of a placement of 93,173,320 shares (announced to ASX on 10 May 2019) and a placement to Macquarie Bank under the terms of a deed. The Shares were issued without a Product Disclosure Statement for the issue being prepared under Part 7.9 of the Corporations Act, and without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. As a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations. As at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with: - the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and section 674 of the Corporations Act as it applies to the Company. As at the date of this notice, there is no "excluded information" of the type referred to in sections 708A(7), 1012DA(7) and 1012DA(8) of the Corporations Act.
